About the Role:

As the Catering Manager, you will play a key role in managing inbound catering orders, overseeing the start-to-finish execution of events, and collaborating with both the service and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations. This is a weekday, daytime role, offering a great work-life balance and the potential for internal advancement within a respected brand.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound catering orders, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients
Oversee the execution of catering events from start to finish, maintaining high standards of service and quality
Collaborate with the service and culinary teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
Maintain organization and efficiency in catering logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
Uphold the restaurants reputation for excellence in both catering and dining services

Qualifications:
Some catering management experience in a restaurant setting is required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with service and culinary teams
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
