Engineering Technician

Location: Northeast Indiana Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift Salary: $60,000-$70,000 annually About the Opportunity Aegis Worldwide is partnering with an established manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Engineering Technician to join its team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong electrical and technical background who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, supporting production operations, and solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical systems, computer programming, equipment troubleshooting, and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and manufacturing equipment. Support programming, software modifications, and technical troubleshooting. Build, maintain, and repair testing equipment, fixtures, and tooling. Assist with equipment improvements and production-related technical projects. Work with electrical and pneumatic systems to resolve equipment issues. Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with outside vendors for equipment repairs, components, and technical support. Research and source replacement parts, tooling, and equipment. Support multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.
