Engineering Team Leader

Our engineering consulting client is hiring an Engineering Team Leader - MEP for its Cincinnati office, recently acquired from a local firm specializing in MEP design for food and beverage manufacturing clients. The Engineering Team Leader provides technical leadership, staff development, and quality oversight for a multidisciplinary team supporting manufacturing facility projects. This role builds technical capability, strengthens standards, mentors staff, and partners with Project Managers and Client Leaders to support project delivery, client needs, and growth. The role is expected to be approximately 50% funded client project work and 50% team leadership.
