• Work as a Registered Nurse to maintain operational efficiencies.
• Current nursing license with verification required.
• Nursys license verification required for submission.
• License/certificate verification required for submission.
• Resume and HRIS form required for submission.
• Complete skills checklist, competency exam, and core competencies during onboarding.
• Fingerprinting required during onboarding process.
• Must complete health requirements, including TB test, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap.
• Annual TB questionnaire and health statement required.
• Fit testing required for respiratory protection.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• Badge photo and annual education packet completion required.
