Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with CCCs to join a supportive school district in Verona, Virginia for the entire school year. This full-time position offers an elementary school caseload where you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact while working alongside a collaborative special education team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Virginia SLP License (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student progress
