About This Opportunity

Responsible for teardown, sorting, and processing of electronics (computers, laptops, servers) for recycling and resale. Focus on accuracy, safety, and environmental compliance.

Bonus Opportunity

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pre Employment Requirements

• Drug Screen Required
• Background Check Required
• Client Interview Required

Responsibilities

• Disassemble electronics using hand/power tools
• Sort and categorize components
• Package, label, and track inventory
• Perform quality checks on materials
• Maintain clean work environment
• Track and report productivity

Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used

• Forklifts and warehouse equipment

Work Environment and Dress Code

• Jeans/Work Pants (No Shorts)
• Steel Toed Boots
• T-shirt

• Experience with electronics disassembly or similar work
• Knowledge of computer components and hardware
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical work
• Basic computer and math skills

Preferred Requirements

• Forklift experience (training provided if needed)
• Experience in recycling or warehouse environments

Physical Requirements

• Standing/walking for long periods
• Repetitive movements
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Working in varying temperatures and industrial environment
