Test Engineer (Electrical)

A Test Engineer will support our EE product development teams in the fabricating, testing, and debugging of prototype electronic assemblies used in a wide variety of applications including robotics, high power LED lighting, and motor controls. Day to day would be to support EE's in the assembly, test and evaluation of electronic assemblies. This person will also occasionally support production to bring electronic assembly into full production.

Desired skills

• Experience in assembling, testing, and debugging electronic circuits
• Experience debugging stepper motor drivers
• Experience working with and debugging PWM driven control circuits for motor speed control and/or PWM lighting control
• PCB layouts
• Fabrication of prototype PCBA using LPKF fabrication equipment
• IPC Solder Certification

Software

• Altium
• Python
• Labview

Tools

• Full working knowledge of Oscilloscope's, Spectrum Analyzer's, Function Generator's, and the ability to use common electronic tool's and meter's

Education

• A.A. Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience
