Electrical Project Manager

CT electrical contractor seeks experienced Project Manager for their growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, labor productivity, and material procurement to maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates to internal teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and all applicable state and local requirements.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize delays and cost impacts.
• Support estimating, project turnover, and project closeout activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
