Senior Planner - Project Controls NAM Location: Raleigh, NC Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days per week in the Raleigh office Duration: Initial 3-6 months, with potential extension for up to an additional year Travel: Approximately 5-10% (Domestic U.S. only) Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Planner - Project Controls to support project planning and scheduling activities within its North American Substation business. The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience in project planning and scheduling within the power, energy, or related infrastructure sectors, particularly substations, transmission, power quality, or data center projects. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules using Primavera P6, supporting project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases. While the position is titled Senior Planner, mid-to-senior-level candidates with the right industry background and demonstrated planning expertise will also be considered. Relevant project experience and technical planning capabilities are more important than years of experience alone.
