Position Overview BArdor is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Systems Engineer / Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of automotive electronic systems for Tier-1 programs. This role combines hands-on electrical systems engineering with program and customer management responsibilities, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with automotive quality and performance standards. The position requires strong collaboration with internal engineering teams, manufacturing partners, and OEM customers to manage the full product development lifecycle-from concept through production launch.
