Play a direct role in winning the work, your estimates shape which jobs we land Steady flow of commercial and residential bids to keep you busy and growing Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, PTO, plus vehicle and phone allowances Room to grow into project budgeting and change order work beyond estimating Work alongside a team that values precision and gets that good numbers win jobs Job Details Job Details: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for drywall, metal studs, taping, and accessories Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work Solicit and analyze vendor and supplier pricing Identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks within bid documents Prepare bid proposals, clarifications, and value engineering options Requirements: 5+ years of estimating experience in drywall and metal framing (preferred) Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, WinBid, Plexxis) and Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines Effective written and verbal communication skills Interested in hearing more?
