Full-Time & Part-Time Truck Team Members (General Labor, Driving & Customer Service)
$24-$29/hr all-in - base pay of $18.30-$22.00/hr, plus daily tips and performance differential on every paycheck.

We're looking for friendly, reliable people to join our local Truck Team. You'll be out in the field with a teammate in our clean, shiny truck, helping customers clear out unwanted items. It's physical work, but it's fun, fast-paced, and genuinely rewarding. We service customers from Bellingham to Renton with their junk removal needs. The day starts at one of our two offices either in Woodinville office on 190th Ave or Arlington office on Smokey Point Blvd.

What You'll Need

• A great attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• A valid standard driver's license (for driving positions)
• To be 21 years old (required for insurance purposes)
• The physical stamina to repeatedly lift/carry 50-75 lbs
• Prior experience in labor, customer service, or sales is a plus - but not required. We train happy, hardworking people.
