Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team at Accurate Housing Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting our manufactured products to various job sites while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining safety standards. This position is crucial to our operations and supports our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a truck to transport roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels to designated locations.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and invoices.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and site personnel regarding delivery schedules.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) required.
• Proven experience driving trucks, particularly tractor-trailers or similar vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of freight regulations and route planning.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
