The company was founded by two driven 15-year-old entrepreneurs who built the business from the ground up through hard work, determination, and strong sales. Despite our age, we operate with professionalism and high standards, and we're looking for people who want to help us continue growing.

While this position is seasonal through the end of the summer, our goal is to continue expanding and come back even bigger next year. Top performers will have the opportunity to return and grow with the company.

Position Overview

We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives.

Your job is to introduce homeowners to K.P. Cleaning's services, build trust, provide quotes, and book jobs. Every conversation is an opportunity to earn commission, and your success depends on the effort you put in.

You'll be expected to approach every door with confidence, professionalism, and persistence. Our goal is to leave every homeowner with a positive impression, whether they buy that day or not.

Pay

Earn 10% commission on every sale you close.

There is no cap on your earnings.

Examples:

• $10,000 in sales = $1,000 commission
• $25,000 in sales = $2,500 commission
• $50,000 in sales = $5,000 commission
• $100,000 in sales = $10,000 commission

The harder you work, the more you make. Your income is entirely based on your performance.

Schedule

Your schedule is completely flexible.

You choose when and how often you work. Whether you want to work a few days a week or every day, the decision is yours.

As long as you meet the minimum expectations, you'll have complete control over your schedule.

Minimum Expectations

To remain on the team, we ask that you:

• Book at least 3 sales per week, either through door-to-door outreach or another approved sales method.
• Communicate with management if you're unable to meet that goal. We understand that things come up and are usually happy to work with you.

Responsibilities

• Visit neighborhoods throughout the North Shore.
• Introduce homeowners to K.P. Cleaning.
• Offer quotes for:
• • Window Cleaning
  • Pressure Washing
  • Auto Detailing
• Build rapport with homeowners and answer questions.
• Work to earn every customer's business.
• Leave homeowners with your contact information and K.P. Cleaning's information whenever possible.
• Book appointments and close sales.
• Represent K.P. Cleaning professionally and respectfully.

Training

No previous sales experience is required.

During your interview and onboarding, we'll teach you:

• How to approach homeowners.
• How to confidently start conversations.
• How to give quotes for our services.
• A simple pricing system for each service.
• Tips for closing more sales.

You'll have everything you need to start earning quickly.
