As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential role in ensuring the happiness, health, and safety of the dogs in our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and engaging with dogs during daycare and boarding activities.
- Maintaining a clean and safe kennel environment.
- Running with dogs to provide them with exercise and enrichment.
- Monitoring dog behavior to ensure all interactions are positive and safe.
- Communicating with pet parents about their dogs' needs and experiences.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of experience working with dogs in a professional setting (daycare, boarding, grooming, or similar).
- A genuine love for dogs and a strong understanding of canine behavior.
- The ability to work in a physically active environment and handle dogs of all sizes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to providing exceptional care for every dog.
