Dog Day Care / Boarding Attendant

Lucky Dog Barks and Recreation is a Full Service Dog Boarding, Daycare, Grooming & Training Facility located in Swansea, Illinois. We are seeking self motivated individuals who are passionate about dogs. Team members will be required to perform a variety of cleaning duties throughout their shift as dogs can be messy at times. Staff must be willing to learn about dog body language, behavior, and how to manage a group of dogs. On the job training is provided so dog experience is not required. REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position applied for: Able to lift 40lbs, be on your feet for 4+ hours, bend over, and kneel down regularly.

Available to work holidays and weekends.

SCHEDULE:

You must have the availability to work weekends and major holidays.

1st Shift: 6:00 am-1:00 pm Monday-Friday / 6:00 am-11:30am on Weekends and Major Holidays.

2nd Shift: 1:00 pm-7:00pm Monday-Friday / 2:30 pm-7:00pm on Weekends and Major Holidays.

Job Duties:

Work with dogs of all breeds/sizes

Work in a potentially fast paced and LOUD environment

General cleaning duties

Maintain a clean and safe environment for our canine guests

Positive customer service

Part-Time, Full-Time, Seasonal

Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
