Gulf Coast Village is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (occasional weekends needed based on community needs).

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the planning, budgeting, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times in accordance with the Budget and Operation Plans of the organization. Responsible for ensuring that an adequate level of services is provided to each resident, documented appropriately and regularly evaluated. Responsible to ensure the utilization of Volunteers of America National Services core clinical systems.
