Your Role

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff

• Oversee hiring, staffing, and staff development

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

• Oversee staff performance and nursing follow-up on facility incidents

• Assess residents' health needs and support individualized care

Requirements

• Current New York State RN license

• At least 3 years of long-term care experience

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
