Competitive Base Salary Up to $115K (DOE) + Bonuses Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matching 401k, PTO In-Office with Work-Life Balance Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to guide strategic and operational decisions Monitor cash flow, profitability, and key performance indicators to ensure long-term financial health Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Manage relationships with outside accountants, auditors, insurers, financial institutions, and government agencies Oversee loans, grants, risk management, and insurance programs Lead and develop the Finance and IT teams Provide the CEO with regular financial and IT updates and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is the minimum education requirement; CPA preferred Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with a focus on financial reporting and FP&A Experience leading cross-functional teams, with 5+ years managing and developing finance staff Strong background in financial accounting, GAAP reporting, internal controls, and risk management Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and KPI reporting Proven ability managing audits, banking relationships, loans, grants, and insurance programs Interested in hearing more?
