Direct Support Professional Supervisor

Acclaim Care is seeking dedicated and experienced shift supervisors to oversee daily operations in our residential group homes supporting individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This shift is Mon- Fri with scheduled rotating on call weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and support to direct care staff during assigned shift
• Ensure residents receive person-centered care in a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment
• Implement and monitor daily routines, documentation, and care plans
• Address emergencies or incidents according to policy and report to upper management
• Assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback for team members
• Conduct shifts change reports and ensure communication between shifts are consistent and accurate

Requirements:

• Must have experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Must have supervisory experience in a residential or related care setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with limitation (-) driving points on your driving record
• High school Diploma or GED required, college coursework or degree.
