Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Rover Residential Services Location Shift

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs.
• Support health management, appointments, and implementation of care plans.
• Monitor safety and provide appropriate supervision and intervention
• Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
• Support community involvement, social activities, and personal goal.
• Maintain accurate documentation and a safe environment.
• Travel between and support multiple Hope Network locations as needed.

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Patient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a variety of settings
• Professional, reliable, and committed to person-centered care
• Flexible and willing to support changing program needs and schedules

Preferred:

• Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
• CPR/First Aid certification

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Must be able to travel/float to various sites on an ongoing basis
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate program needs
