About the Job Manage full-cycle recruitment for business professional staff positions, including sourcing, screening, and offer coordination Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and guide hiring decisions Actively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools to build strong talent pipelines Screen applicants to assess qualifications and fit, and present recommendations to hiring managers Coordinate interview scheduling, offer letters, applicant tracking updates, and background checks in partnership with HR support staff Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience Conduct professional reference checks and assist with background screening processes for staff, attorneys, and temporary employees Research and recommend competitive salary ranges in collaboration with HR leadership, ensuring internal equity Support recruitment operations by managing job postings across the firm's careers page and external job boards Track hiring activity and assist in maintaining accurate recruiting metrics and reports Collaborate with internal teams on compensation-related initiatives and broader recruiting strategies Provide occasional support to attorney recruiting efforts as needed About You 5+ years of recruiting experience within a law firm or a legal-focused recruiting agency Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Experience managing an applicant tracking system (Dayforce experience a plus) Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to engage both active and passive candidates Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and competing priorities Understanding of employment laws and best practices to support compliant hiring processes Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes Ability to manage relationships both upward and across teams effectively This role offers a hybrid schedule, including in-office presence every Wednesday and additional in-office days each month, with the remainder remote.
