Clinical Magnet, (part of Icon Medical Network), is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a full-time PTA to support skilled nursing and rehabilitation patient populations in 2 facilities near and in the Dayton, Ohio area.

• Stable full-time caseload
• Therapist-focused leadership and collaboration

• Patient-centered care environment with meaningful outcomes

• Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
• Support patients with mobility, strength, and balance exercises
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to therapy teams
• Educate patients on exercises and therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records

• Active PTA license required
• Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Experience in rehabilitation or SNF settings preferred, vent and trach experience or knowledge is nice to have
• Strong communication and patient care skills, a TRUE interest in helping patients

• Compensation based on experience, Roughly Starting at $25-$35/hr, paid travel time
