$26.00/hr Full-Time Immediate Openings

A well-established specialty chemical manufacturer in Northern Illinois is hiring Direct Hire Production Associates to join its growing manufacturing team. This is a long-term opportunity with a stable company known for high-quality production standards and strong safety culture.

Shift Options

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Batch weighing and precise measurement of raw materials
• Mixing and blending chemical-based products
• Operating milling equipment and production machinery
• Filling, packaging, and labeling finished goods
• Handling specialty additives and formulated materials
• Maintaining cleanliness and compliance in production areas
• Following strict safety and quality procedures (food-grade and industrial standards)

What You'll Work With

This facility produces specialty chemical products used across multiple industries, including:

• Food processing and fermentation
• Agriculture and crop production
• Wastewater treatment
• Lubricants and industrial applications
• Personal care and coatings

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a chemical or industrial environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
