Digital Print Operator

We are seeking a skilled Digital Print Operator to operate and maintain wide-format inkjet, laser, and sheetfed printing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on digital printing and laser operating experience, strong technical aptitude, and a sharp eye for quality, color consistency, and detail. Key Responsibilities: - Set up, operate, and maintain digital, laser, inkjet, and other department machinery to meet production and quality goals. - Perform basic and advanced make-readies/setups, including loading materials, re-webbing presses, replacing ink drums, and configuring equipment. - Inspect finished products for quality, registration, color consistency, and compliance with customer specifications. - Troubleshoot equipment and production issues, identify root causes, and work with Equipment Technicians and Supervisors when repairs are needed. - Maintain accurate production documentation and shift handoffs, while keeping the work area safe, clean, and organized and assisting with training/cross-training team members. Qualifications: - Must have manufacturing/Production environment experience; lean manufacturing and/or quality control training preferred - Must have 1+ year of digital printing experience and 2+ years of laser operator experience, preferably within direct mail, fulfillment, or a manufacturing/production environment. - Must have strong technical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot digital print, direct mail, and production equipment - Must have knowledge of registration, color accuracy, quality control, and print specifications, with strong attention to detail
