3. Training of younger Technicians
4. Emails, Inventory, parts ordering
5. Controlling daily employee schedule and time off request
6. Diagnosing and help working on equipment

Reliable and shows up every day
3-5 years of experience
Have Tools
Willing to travel if needed
Supervisor skills or willing to learn them
Willing to train younger technicians
