Title: Design Technician II
Location: 8200 Coral Sea Street NE, Mounds View, MN 55112

Pay Rate: $30 to $35/hr on W2.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Design Technician II to support system integration and verification testing for medical device development within the Cardiac Rhythm Management team. This role ensures quality, reliability, and safety of products during new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute system integration and verification testing (manual, automated, stress, alpha, beta)
• Support test protocol development and execution
• Analyze test data, generate reports, and communicate results
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and improve lab efficiency
• Maintain and track test equipment, including calibration

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (or vocational/technical certification)
• Experience following procedures and lab standards
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team

Nice to Have:

• Medical device or regulated industry testing experience
• Experience setting up hardware/software test systems
