This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Sporadic coverage in September

Setting: Clinic

Procedures/Cases: Pediatric Dentistry

Credentialing Timeframe: 14-150 days, depending on Medicaid

Requirements: Medicaid, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
