Dealer Development Manager
Build a Dealer Network. Build a Career. Build Something That Matters.
Muleshoe Buildings is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to recruit, onboard, and grow a network of independent dealer partners throughout Texas.
This is not an office job.
This is not a customer service position.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and driving growth.
You will spend your time identifying prospective dealer partners, traveling throughout Texas, conducting discovery meetings, onboarding new dealers, and helping them become successful members of the Muleshoe dealer network.
If you enjoy building something from the ground up and being rewarded for results, we want to talk to you.
