Pay Range: $22.00hr - $23.00hr Job Overview: The candidate will be responsible for processing and organizing case files, performing data entry, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to supervisors and investigators. Responsibilities: Processing and organizing case files and documentation. Performing data entry and records management functions. Scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and paper records. Assisting with correspondence, mail distribution, and document preparation. Supporting scheduling, tracking, and other routine administrative activities. Answering and directing telephone calls from respondents, attorneys, complainants, and other parties. Assisting supervisors and investigators in their daily tasks. Qualifications: Experience handling confidential materials is highly beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience operating office equipment (scanners, copiers, fax machines), and proficient typing skills are preferred. Minimum education qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
