Experience
2-4 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment
Strong working knowledge of cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and material control
Computer / Software Skills
Windows operating systems

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Job Scope / Summary The Cycle Counter II is responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy through precise cycle counting, transaction processing, and material reporting. This role supports Warehouse and Production teams by locating materials, managing inventory transactions, and ensuring data integrity across WMS and ERP systems. The position also assists Inventory and Warehouse leadership in maintaining high standards of inventory control and documentation. Key Responsibilities
Manage, perform, and monitor cycle counts and related inventory transactions
Ensure 100% accurate data entry and physical inventory counts
Maintain overall inventory accuracy across the warehouse
Assist Warehouse and Production teams in locating materials
Support the Inventory Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, Distribution Manager, and Inventory Analyst with inventory management activities
Manage entry-level data entry clerks as assigned
Ensure product integrity by verifying materials against documentation
Evaluate count accuracy through measuring, weighing, opening/repackaging cartons, and organizing materials per procedures
Match items (color, size, quantity) to WMS records
Support cycle counts and physical inventories
Generate cycle count reports and perform backup data entry as needed
Monitor and manage daily inventory transactions for accuracy
Oversee ERP transactions including First Issue, RTS, MTs, WIP, and Manual Shipments
Manage and monitor SHIP locations, inventory, and lot control
Identify and resolve negative inventory balances daily
Maintain accurate and organized warehouse documentation
Support warehouse leadership in maintaining high warehouse management standards
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Support Inventory Control and Quality Assurance efforts in controlling material flow
Perform daily tasks with consideration for waste minimization and environmental impact
Adhere to environmental policies and support the Environmental Management System (EMS)
Report accidents, nonconformities, or environmental concerns to leadership and through CAPA when required
Provide suggestions for continuous improvement
Perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Ability to move freely throughout the facility
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Excellent eyesight required
Ability to work extensively with computers and phones
