Job Description


EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity.


10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network security, or enterprise IT infrastructure within complex, multi-site environments.


Strong understanding of enterprise security technologies, including network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, cloud security, vulnerability management, and security monitoring platforms.


Experience implementing and maintaining recognized cybersecurity frameworks and security best practices.


Professional security certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, Security+) are preferred.


Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


Lead security projects and coordinate execution across geographically dispersed IT teams.


Act as the primary cybersecurity advisor for IT organizations and corporate stakeholders.


Lead cybersecurity governance initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements across a multi-country region.


Provide technical leadership and promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices throughout the Company.


Identify cybersecurity risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.


Ensure timely remediation of identified vulnerabilities and audit findings.


Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience planning.


Identify, assess, and resolve complex cybersecurity risks to protect business systems, networks, and sensitive information from cyber threats, unauthorized access, and service disruptions.


Coordinate security assessments, audits, risk analyses, vulnerability remediation efforts, and incident response activities.


Monitor cybersecurity performance metrics and provide regular reporting on security posture, compliance, and risk trends to senior IT leadership.


Drive the standardization of cybersecurity technologies, processes, and best practices across multiple business units.


Oversee implementation of security controls including endpoint protection, identity and access management, network security, email security, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
