Customer Service Travel Advisor

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other leisure travel experiences by researching destinations, preparing travel proposals, and coordinating itinerary details. You'll work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences while providing professional, personalized service throughout the planning process. Key Responsibilities
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and travel packages based on client preferences
Prepare travel quotes, proposals, and customized itineraries
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms to gather travel details and answer general questions
Coordinate with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm reservations and itinerary details
Maintain accurate client records and travel documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the booking process
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, web browsing, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
Previous customer service, hospitality, sales support, or administrative experience is a plus but not required
