Customer Service Representative - Work From Home

We are seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our growing remote team. In this position, you will work with members who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefit programs and help guide them through the next steps. Your day-to-day work will include arranging virtual appointments, communicating with members by phone, email, and Zoom, answering general questions, and assisting with the completion of online forms and applications.
