Description:
Responsible for assisting, advising, directing, documenting, introducing and notifying customers of business matters.Duties and Responsibilities:Handle customer inquires and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesAnswer phonesQuote calibration needsOther tasks as assigned and special projects as needed

Requirements:
