Are you passionate about helping others and delivering outstanding customer service? ClaimDOC is looking for compassionate, detail oriented individuals to join our growing team as Member Advocates.

As a Member Advocate, you'll be the trusted resource members turn to when they need help understanding their healthcare benefits, medical bills, provider options, or claims. Every call is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on someone's healthcare experience.

This is a full time, onsite position in West Des Moines with excellent benefits, growth opportunities, and performance based bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from members seeking assistance with healthcare benefits, claims, invoices, providers, and procedures

• Guide members through questions related to insurance coverage, medical billing, and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)

• Coordinate with healthcare providers and medical offices on behalf of members

• Research and resolve member concerns across multiple systems

• Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed records

• Educate providers and members regarding benefit plans and available resources

• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance and quality standards

• Follow issues through to resolution and ensure members receive timely follow up

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Healthcare, insurance, medical billing, or claims experience is a plus but not required

• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Full Time

• Monday through Friday

• Hours of operation: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
