FPC Custom Applications Specialist -

Role Summary Responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting custom applications that enable efficient management of capital programs and facilities operations, with a focus on improving workflows, data management, and system usability.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain custom applications and workflows supporting project management, financial tracking, and reporting processes.

Develop and enhance system functionality using available tools and platforms to meet evolving business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders (project management, finance, operations) to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

Support integration of custom applications with enterprise systems, ensuring accurate and consistent data flow across platforms.

Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements to improve performance and user experience.

Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, and user guides.

Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective adoption and utilization of applications.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience developing or configuring custom enterprise applications or low-code/no-code platforms.

Familiarity with project/program management or ERP systems.

Experience with system integrations (APIs, data interfaces, reporting tools).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
