Essential Duties & Responsibilities o General cleaning of commercial buildings to include day porter activities, common areas, high-cleaning and restrooms o Respond to spills in a timely manner o Perform daily and weekly cleaning activities of conference rooms, high-profile rooms, TPA rooms, and kitchenettes. o Floor cleaning care to include, general mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and washing. o Underfloor datacenter cleaning as required o Respond to and clean biological incidents as required o Furniture cleaning to include but not limited to, cleaning, shampooing and sanitizing o Operating various equipment to completed required duties o Escorting Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications Education Requirements:High School Diploma or GED o 1 years of experience in commercial floor cleaning o General experience in specialized cleaning of datacenters or similar environments o Ability to properly store, mix and dispose of cleaning supplies in accordance with the manufacture's recommendations o Bloodborne Pathogen first responder training o Knowledge of various cleaning equipment o Ability to prep work areas for all cleaning activities o Ability to use equipment to assist in performing work o TS/SCI clearance o Excellent customer service o Ability to work flexible hours o Ability to work overtime as needed Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics Knowledge of organizational procedures and workflows - understanding how work moves through a company. Basic knowledge of relevant technologies or tools - e.g., Microsoft 365, communication platforms, or industry standard software. Knowledge of customer service practices - principles of providing quality service and managing inquiries professionally. Knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality principles - awareness of proper handling of sensitive information. Communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Time management and prioritization - balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
