Position Overview The Line Chef is responsible for executing menu items with consistency, maintaining a clean and organized station, and contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing great food. Responsibilities: -Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards -Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation -Follow recipes and portion standards consistently -Assist with prep work and daily kitchen tasks -Maintain food safety and sanitation standards -Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service -Help ensure ticket times and quality standards are met -Support inventory organization and product rotation Qualifications: -Previous line cook or chef experience required -Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment -Strong attention to detail -Reliable attendance and strong work ethic -Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed -Positive attitude and team-first mentality What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who cares about the quality of the food they put out and wants to be part of a team that takes pride in its work.
