Requirements of the CRNA Role:

WY state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand). Welcomed IMLC Candidates.

Board Certified (Board Eligible within 2-5 years post-training).

DEA, ACLS, ATLS, PALS.

Covid Vaccination-required

CV (MM/YYYY, 30+day gaps explained - work and education)
