Quick Facts Location: 800 East 28th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date/Duration: 02/01/2027 (ongoing possibility) Shift: Day, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (06 00, 06:30 5:00, 06:30 7:00) Hours/week: Minimum 36 hours, up to 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time contract License/Certs: MN RN License, MN CRNA Certification, ACLS/BLS Tier 2 required Experience: Minimum 1 year Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per law Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care within supervised model no blocks, epidurals, or spinals Support a care team model with a 4:1 patient ratio Cover assigned shifts, including occasional overnight/weekend shifts (not required) Support patients aged 12+ in a tertiary hospital setting Engage in specialized care procedures on a Level III facility Use Epic EMR for documentation Support staff including anesthesia aides and room turnover What You Need Valid Minnesota RN license and CRNA certification Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience BLS/ACLS Tier 2 certifications Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for initial three months Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This assignment entails providing anesthesia services in a tertiary hospital setting, supporting patient care with a care team of four staff members to ensure seamless procedures.
