Job Title: Credit and Collection Analyst II Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company Duration: 12 Months Possibility of Extension or Conversion Location: Johnston, IA 50131 Shift: 1st Shift 40 Hours per Week Working Hours: Between 6:55 AM and 6:05 PM Central Time Description: Job Summary The Credit and Collection Analyst will manage customer accounts, collect overdue payments, evaluate credit information, and resolve account discrepancies. This role involves communicating with delinquent customers, negotiating payment arrangements, reviewing account histories, and helping customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience in customer service or collections.
