NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a law firm in San Antonio, TX, to find an experienced Corporate Finance Associate. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex corporate transactions in a collaborative, client-focused environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Conduct and support due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
  • Assist in structuring and executing corporate financing transactions.
  • Provide counsel on general corporate matters, including governance and compliance.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, or related transactional practice.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Bar license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
