CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Copper Brazers for HVAC/refrigerant installation work in Fort Myers, FL. This is an immediate opportunity with heavy overtime - approximately 60 hours per week.

POSITION DETAILS

• Job Title: Copper Brazers
• Pay Rate: $28 - $32 per hour (overtime paid after 40 hours)
• Weekly Earnings: Working the full 60 hours (40 regular + 20 overtime at time-and-a-half), Copper Brazers earn approximately $1,960 - $2,240 per week before taxes
• Location: Fort Myers, FL
• Schedule: Approximately 60 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Braze copper refrigerant piping
• Install mini split systems
• Run and install line sets
• Perform refrigerant technician work

REQUIREMENTS

• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• OSHA 10 certification (required)
• Hands-on experience brazing copper
• All PPE, including Type 2 hard hat and reflective vest
• Basic hand tools (level, tape measure, hammer, etc.)
• Able to work approximately 60 hours per week
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

PREFERRED

• EPA 608 certification
• Own personal fall protection harness and lanyard
• Additional specialty tools (list to be provided by recruiter)
