Electrical Design Engineer

SUMMARY
Review submittal drawings and data required for customer design approval. Create and release drawings, part numbers and special parts for orders. Produce Bills of Material for panel assemblies. Produce the electrical section of the Operation and Maintenance Manuals. Coordinates with Mechanical Engineering on contract projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be computer literate and be knowledgeable of MS Office software. Travel to evaluate site requirements or complaints and to attend site meetings. Strong verbal and written skills are critical. Able to negotiate the Company's position with customers while maintaining favorable relationship. Proficiency with AutoCad and/or AutoCad Electrical is a must.
