Contracts Paralegal (3-6 Month Contract)

About the Opportunity

A financial services organization is seeking an experienced Contracts Paralegal for a 3-6 month contract assignment. This role will support the legal team with the review, drafting, administration, and management of a variety of corporate agreements in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting sophisticated commercial and investment-related agreements within a corporate legal environment and is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and administer a variety of commercial agreements
• Manage contracts throughout the review, approval, and execution process
• Maintain organized contract files and legal documentation
• Coordinate with internal business partners and legal counsel
• Ensure contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal procedures
• Support additional legal and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Paralegal in a corporate legal environment
• Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts
• Experience supporting sophisticated commercial and investment-related agreements within a corporate legal environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
