Job Details We are seeking an established defense-side litigation partner or cohesive practice group based in Miami, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. The preferred group includes approximately 3-5 attorneys with a combined annual portable book of business of approximately $1.5-5 million. Final team composition and revenue criteria will be evaluated with firm leadership. Relevant experience includes: Consumer financial services litigation and consumer class action defense. Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation; related FDCPA, TCPA, FACTA, and state consumer protection experience is valuable. Representation of financial institutions, consumer reporting agencies, furnishers, background-screening businesses, or other corporate defendants. Established client relationships and a credible plan for transitioning and growing the practice. Experience supervising attorneys and managing complex litigation. Appropriate state bar admission and relevant court admissions for the proposed market.
