- Safety Management: Oversees the site-specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and enforces mandatory safety protocols like OSHA and EM 385-1-1 standards. 1, 2
- Scheduling: Directs daily activities and tracks progress via "four-week look-ahead" schedules to maintain momentum and prevent delays. 1
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manages onsite personnel, schedules, and materials, ensuring all trades understand and meet federal blueprints and scopes of work. 1, 2
- Documentation: Maintains daily construction logs, tracks project deliverables, and assists with government inspections and punch lists. 1, 2
