Parzych Construction is a local general construction company specializing in commercial and industrial, ground-up and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
Field Leadership- Direct on-site crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed in accordance with project plans.
Schedule & Progress Management- Monitor daily site activities, identify and resolve issues, and maintain project schedule.
Quality Control- Verify that all work meets plans, specs and quality expectations. Manage punch list completion through project closeout.
Site Coordination- Coordinate deliveries, subcontractor access, inspections, and other site activities to keep the project moving efficiently.
Multi-Site Oversight- Travel between job sites as needed to monitor progress and support crews.
Hands-On Support- Step in with self-perform work when needed, particularly in carpentry, drywall, doors/hardware, and general finish work.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in construction(preferably Commercial Construction).
Proven ability to manage crews, coordinate subcontractors and keep job on schedule.
Clear communicator who can interface effectively with subs, clients and project managers.
Valid driver's license is required.
Ability to read project drawings.
Potential for growth or Alternate Position:
Superintendent upon proving ability. Could potentially convert into a larger PM role with more responsibility in area such as sales, negotitation, estimating and broad project manager responsibilities.
This type of position is also available immediately to those with necessary qualifications and experience in a similar position.
