  • Support civil construction, environmental remediation, and infrastructure projects.
  • Perform site preparation, excavation support, grading, trenching, backfilling, and general construction activities.
  • Assist equipment operators, foremen and other crew members.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and properly.
  • Load, unload, stage, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Participate in daily job hazard analyses, safety meetings, and pre-task planning.
  • Identify unsafe conditions and exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
  • Travel to project locations and work scheduled rotations as assigned.
  • Perform other duties needed to support safe and successful project completion.
  • What We're Looking ForWhat We're Looking For
    • Previous civil, heavy construction, environmental, earthwork, or infrastructure experience.
    • A demonstrated record of working safely and holding yourself and others accountable.
    • Willingness to follow established procedures, wear required PPE, and speak up when something is unsafe.
    • Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew.
    • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions.
    • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, climbing, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
    • Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check and drug screen.
    • OSHA, HAZWOPER, First Aid/CPR, or other construction-related certifications are a plus.Travel with Support
      Travel is an important part of this position, and we provide support for employees working away from home. Depending on the project and assignment, travel benefits may include:
